Hassen Bali


Hassen has focussed on renewable energy, clean technology and project financing since 2008. He has proven development capabilities in solar PV, wind, energy from waste and energy storage schemes having developed or worked on over 300MW of projects globally. With extensive transactional experience, including acquisition and disposal of pre-construction and operational generation assets, Hassen’s corporate and project finance capabilities including structuring of equity and debt plus supporting financial modelling are complementary to his proven ability to cultivate strategic relationships with key partners, technology providers and the broader supply chain. Additionally, he has negotiated and executed key commercial contracts, including SPAs, EPC, ICP, O&M, Supplier Agreements, Structured Finance and MSAs alongside management of people and teams throughout his career. Dan Taylor


Dan has worked in the energy and utilities industry his entire career, working across the entire supply chain. He has proven development capabilities in diesel, CHP, peakers, wind, solar PV and energy storage schemes having developed or worked on over 250MW of projects globally. As an industry pioneer in the demand side revolution in the UK in 2010, securing some of the largest contracts to date, Dan has consistently been a highly capable and demonstrable technical lead with a vast background in power and electrical systems, including 5 years with a DNO/DSO. Combining this with P&L and balance sheet experience alongside management of teams >35 during his career to date, Dan is accredited with the Chartered Management Institute. Dan has an international focus with core skills and experience in SE Asia and Europe.

Ana Haurie


Ana has 30 years of experience in the financial sector. Ana is the co-founder of Global Harvester Holdings, a niche merchant bank focused on renewable energy, decarbonization, agriculture and technology. Prior to this, she was the CEO of Dexion Capital, a boutique investment bank in the alternative assets and listed hedge funds. Ana has also worked as a management consultant and worked for the Bank of England. Ana holds an undergraduate degree from the University of St Andrews, has a Master’s Degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University and an MBA from the Open University.

Andy Klump


Andy Klump is a renewable energy executive with 20+ years of solar energy, storage and technology experience, including 15+ years in China. Mr. Klump is the Founder and CEO of Clean Energy Associates (CEA), a solar PV and energy storage engineering services firm established in 2008 which serves investors, EPC contractors, utilities and other downstream clients in the areas of supply chain management, quality assurance, independent engineering, and other engineering services. CEA’s team of 85+ professionals and 60+ engineers operating in 10 countries and 4 continents have worked with clients in over 50 countries and completed over 35GW of projects.

Prior to CEA, Mr. Klump served as the Vice President of Business Development for Trina Solar where he oversaw the company’s international expansion plans covering upstream polysilicon procurement, downstream project integration and development and together with the executive management team, he helped raise nearly $500M in capital during the company’s IPO and follow-on offerings on the New York Stock Exchange from 2006 to 2008. In addition to his duties with Trina Solar, Mr. Klump also served as a board member on several energy platforms in 3 continents over the past decade as well as on the board of the US Solar Energy Industries Association (SEIA) in 2007 and 2008. Prior to 2006, Mr. Klump worked in sales, business development and strategic planning roles in China for large companies such as Dell and Intel as well as technology startups in the US. Mr. Klump holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He speaks Mandarin with business proficiency and resides in Shanghai, China with his wife and four daughters.
