Hayden Postle-Floyd

Hayden brings more than a decade of clean energy sector experience, specialising in energy storage and solar PV development, microgrids and EV infrastructure. He has led or supported on the development of 300MW+ of clean energy assets, and leads ion’s international grant-funded innovation projects, whilst representing ion in energy access industry working groups and at three COPs.

Hayden brings deep technical expertise and a global perspective, having worked across Europe, Africa, SE Asia, and North America. His work is supported by a Master’s degree, a published academic paper on the Water-Energy-Food nexus, as well as a co-authored patent for an off-grid EV charging system.

Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, and hurling himself around mountains or the sea, or any other adventure.
