Tom Wales

Tom brings more than 20 years of experience in renewable energy, specialising in BESS and solar project delivery. He has led the construction and commissioning of over 500MWh of energy assets and previously held senior positions at Anesco Ltd.

With a strong engineering background in electrical systems, HVAC, and advanced control technologies, Tom combines technical precision with hands-on leadership. He has worked across the full project lifecycle, from commissioning and operations to project management, delivering high-performance assets for clients across the UK and Europe.

Outside of work, he enjoys Rugby Union and following a 38 year career on the pitch as player Tom now coaches the Under 16s and Colts at his beloved club in Stratford on Avon. Tom is also a family man and enjoys spending his spare time with his wife of 17 years and children.
