Darren Ackroyd

Darren brings over 20 years of experience in land acquisition and property development.

He has sourced and delivered a wide range of residential and commercial sites, from single dwellings to multi-unit and strategic land deals, working across PD, brownfield, Greenbelt, and prime central London markets. Skilled in option agreements, joint ventures, and planning, he brings experience from both developer and agency perspectives.

Outside of work, he’s a qualified football coach and avid sports enthusiast, regularly coaching and spending time with his football-loving family.
