Ben Frederick

Ben brings over a decade of global experience in the renewable energy and energy storage sector. He has held leadership roles in Myanmar, the Netherlands, and the UK developing and delivering projects from off-grid solar to utility-scale hybrid solutions.

He currently oversees a 1.8GW portfolio across Europe, India and Southeast Asia. A graduate of Oxford’s Executive Leadership Programme, he builds high-performance teams through transformational leadership styles and brings a holistic approach to the energy transition.

Outside of work he is a hobbyist goldsmith and smokes heavily (BBQ).
