Dan Hastings

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in health, safety, and quality control across various heavy industries, with a particular focus on renewable wind energy. He has contributed to more than 17 global wind projects, including Hornsea 1 & 2, Greater Changhua, and London Array, in roles spanning client representative, trainer, inspector and as a consultant to the renewable wind industry. Dan has worked with leading developers such as Ørsted, GE, Siemens, EDF and has been involved in rescue situations, simulations and a wide variety of drills.

Dan holds extensive qualifications in safety, engineering systems, and offshore operations. He brings a practical, safety-first approach to supporting the delivery of complex renewable energy and energy storage projects worldwide.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his famly, mountain biking, hiking, and working on a motorbike restoration project.
