Lisa Pardini

Lisa is an energy solutions specialist who brings extensive expertise in battery energy storage systems, solar PV, and wind energy. She has led the development of pioneering renewable projects across international markets, including Bangladesh and India, where she applied advanced techno-economic modelling and policy engagement to deliver scalable solutions.

A finalist in the 2024 Energy Storage Investment Awards, she combines technical rigour with strategic insight to drive innovation in clean energy. Prior to joining ion Ventures, Lisa was a Design Engineer at Ramboll.

Outside of work, she enjoys practising yoga, going for runs, experimenting with new recipes, and contributing to the Energy Institute’s London Young Professionals Network.
