Sophie brings 20 years of in-house expertise overseeing legal operations across the business and providing strategic legal guidance on risk, contracts, and commercial matters. Her background includes senior roles at Cory and Quintiles, advising on major PFIs, infrastructure projects, acquisitions, and international agreements.

At ion, she works closely with development and delivery teams to support clean energy growth across the UK, Europe, and Asia.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family.
