Tom Groves

Tom specialises in site selection, grid strategy, and data-driven project origination. With a Master’s in Applied GIS and Remote Sensing, he has previously supported major infrastructure and renewable projects across the UK and globally, including for HS2, the World Bank, and East Anglia ONE Offshore Windfarm.

At ion Ventures, Tom has enhanced business intelligence, data standards, and acquisition processes, supporting the strategic growth of battery and solar portfolios.

Outside of work, he enjoys listening to live music, cooking, running, and football.
